Ladies and gentlemen, I have found a famous Newgrounds BBS regular. It is none other than the celebrity gossip writer Perez Hilton. He writes on peoples pictures with what looks like MS Paint (what most photoshop threads on the BBS end up looking like). Below is one of his "art" works. Judge for yourself.
